Bagmaster Senior

Bagmaster Senior is a high-capacity big bag filler for bags with 2 and 4 loops. The machine is designed to fill a large bag of fluidizing and fine-particle products. Capacity up to 60 big bags per hour. The bag suspension yokes are stored in cassettes that are fed onto a yoke conveyor where the yokes pass the rigging, filling and accumulation positions up to the unloading station.

The machine requires the operator platform to run along the machine which gives a good ergonomics for the operator. The working environment is good because the operator only operates at one rigging station and does not come in contact with the material. The big bag filling is done in a closed/dust-free system. The filled bag can be picked up directly from the big bag filler hanging in the yoke with a forklift.
