Bagmaster JR II

Bagmaster is the common name for IBC’s big bag filling systems. JR (Junior) is a big bag filler with a clamping cone for a dust-free and closed filling process. The Bagmaster-systems are designed for a modern and ergonomic working environment.

Bagmaster JR II is equipped with a bag suspension yoke that moves between three stop positions. Rigging mode, filling mode, and unhooking mode where the bag straps come off the hooks automatically.

The machine operator platform provides good ergonomics for the operator. The big bag machine provides a complete end filling process and it can be powered directly from the process or from silo. The feeding can be done with screw conveyors, vibrating feeders, rotary valves or free fall through the dosing valve. Theoretical capacity 20-30 big bags/hour.
