Screw conveyors

We design systems with different types of screw conveyors. The conveyors are manufactured both as a trough with a lid and as pipe conveyors and also as flexible designs adapted to the application.

Shouldered screws – The shouldered spiral has the benefit of not running against the trough when there is little or no material to transport on the screw.

Shoulderless screws – A key advantage of the shoulderless spiral is its ability to convey sticky, thread-like and irregular material without seizing or becoming blocked.

Flexible screws – The flexible screw conveyor is easy to install and can be pulled past obstacles.
