Bagmaster is the common name for IBC's big bag filling systems. JR (Junior) is a big bag filler with a clamping cone for a dust-free and closed filling process. The Bagmaster-systems are designed for a modern and ergonomic working environment.
Bagmaster JR III is a basic standard filler for centre-filled bags with 2 and 4 loops. Thanks to the big bag filler's ingenious design no operator platform is needed. The frame acts as a fork truck mast and docks the bag inlet with the filling cone for a closed filling process. Here, the filler is equipped with a vibrating table for optimum compaction of the big bag contents. Theoretical capacity 15-20 big bags/hour.
