Bagboy Hygiene

Bagboy Hygiene is an enclosed system for foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and other applications where a completely dust-free big bag discharge is required, e.g. when handling toxic substances. The machine discharges the entire big bag contents by spout stretching, bag vibration and/or bag massage and prevents the material from becoming contaminated.

IBC’s discharge system for big bags is called Bagboy and is available in three basic versions: Type A – handling of the big bag directly on truck forks, Type B – handling of the big bag with a truck yoke or Type C – handling of the big bag by using a yoke and a hoist.

The basic big bag discharge system is complemented by a wide selection of optional equipment and accessories for optimal discharge. Along with dischargers, IBC offers a wide range of bulk handling equipment for transport, metering, sieving, mixing, etc.
