Projekt: The lime industry – Powder handling

IBC has supplied a custom made big bag filler (Bagmaster TFIII) for lime stone. This filler is designed for 1-loop bags, but is also available for 2-loop bags and 4-loop bags.

The bag filler is placed under the customer’s silo. The container, which stands on load cells, is filled with material from the silo. When the material is weighed, the filling of the big bag starts. The bag stands stable and secure inside the filler with walls and a gate. A lifting yoke for 1-loop bags unhooks the bag.

The machine is easy to move and can easily be placed under different silos or bulk loading screws.
